financial arrangements.

Chicago Midwest Export also serves as a distributor. As a distributor
we buy goods from manufacturers at wholesale prices for resale in
specific foreign markets. The manufacturer signs an exclusive
agreement with Chicago Midwest Export and commits to refer any
inquiries to Chicago Midwest Export if contacted directly from the
territory covered by the agreement. Chicago Midwest Export leverages
its relationship with wholesalers and distributors in foreign markets to
increase the manufacturer’s presence and sales in those markets.
